我觉得我也代表了这个世界里边的这一类人吧，就是她是那种气机敏感，然后悟性高，脑子灵活，尊重直觉和感受，然后但是她可能资源少，没有先发优势，身心不够稳定，然后身心的确没那么抗造，也不想麻木，或许某种程度上比较“娇贵”，比较挑选环境。

这确实是很现实的问题。

你所谓“娇贵”，某种程度上可以理解成：你对环境质量有要求。 这既可能成为限制，也可能成为方向感。
问题不在于“为什么我不能什么都忍”，而在于你有没有能力逐渐建立出一个让自己可以长期运转的生态，逐渐建立自己的活法和赢法 ,not only survive ,but also win。
我觉得可以从几个词 build：
- Stability.
- Selection.
- Leverage.
- Sovereignty.
展开说说：
Stability — not becoming harder, but becoming less easily thrown off center. Keeping your sensitivity without being flooded by every environment, person, or piece of information.
Selection — realizing you do not need to adapt to every place. You can choose environments, people, work, rhythms, and cities that fit your nervous system and temperament. Your sensitivity becomes useful when it helps you discriminate well.
Leverage — because you may not have huge resources or endless stamina, you cannot win by brute force. You need good positioning, good information, strong relationships, timing, tools, and the ability to turn one unit of effort into more than one unit of result.
Sovereignty — the deepest one. Your life remains yours. Money, relationships, institutions, trends, and other people’s emotions can influence you, but they do not get to define your center.
Put together, it becomes a very different survival strategy:
Don’t become tougher than the world.
Become steadier, more selective, better leveraged, and harder to dispossess of yourself.
And maybe that is how a sensitive, perceptive, somewhat “delicate” person can still live a very large life.
